For market sustainability, Russian companies need to review marketing strategies, cost structure, demand management mechanisms, taking into account the reduction of commercial risks, in order to respond to client demands in a timely and service manner.

Global competition, the emergence of new players in the Russian market requires new technologies for market participation. In today ' s world, business leaders increasingly look to outsourcing as a new management strategy. The challenge is to do what you can do better and, if possible, to acquire what might be most beneficial to the company.

As a result, market participants are on the way to specialization in specific roles, tasks. In other words, the division of the business project into separate components, the transfer of certain types of work to highly specialized companies under the outsourcing scheme is a strategic direction for efficient commercialization.

The outsourcing area represents a holistic set of firms and companies operating through the transfer of corporate functions to external outsourcing organizations, taking into account business environment, trends and patterns for beneficial interaction.

It should be borne in mind that outsourcing, in addition to the direct players, is integrating other target audiences that have a direct impact on the performance of the commercial entity. These are primarily clients, competitors, government and control authorities, potential investors.

In the world market, outsourcing is the US (36 per cent global market share), Western Europe (29 per cent) and Japan (13 per cent). The share of U.S. companies transferring any function or business process to outsources was 86 per cent in 2006, compared with 52 per cent in 2005. U.S. outsourcing increased more than 3 times in 2005-2006.
